Anlika Maré
Anlika Maré, B Occ Ther (SMU), owner and founder of Little Lamb Occupational Therapy. Anlika has a special interest in children on the spectrum, children with physical disabilities and children who has difficulty with anxiety and low self-confidence.
Anlika has loved working with young children since she was in preschool herself, where she would help tend to the babies while she herself was still below the age of 5. Anlika loves not only working with the children but also connecting with the parents/caregivers and build lasting relationships with schools, doctors, psychologists etc.
Anlika is three quarters through her sensory integration training and finished an American course in "Turn Autism Around". She also did courses on how to identify and work with children who has been abused. Anlika is fully certified in the OPTIMA school readiness test which is used to determine if children are intellectually as well as emotionally ready for Grade one.
Anlika's dream is to be able to help create a safe and trusting environment for all children and parents and help 100's more children through Little Lamb Occupational Therapy.

Jancke Blume
Jancke obtained a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy at the University of the Western Cape. Thereafter, she completed her community service year in Howick, KZN, at Umgeni Specialised Psychiatric Hospital. She is currently a full-time employee at Little Lamb zoccupational Therapy.
Throughout her clinical fieldwork and community service year, she has had the
opportunity to work with various children with different disabilities and degrees of functioning. From children with severe cerebral palsy and intellectual disability to those who need assistance with scholastic tasks. There is nothing more fulfilling to her than helping a child achieve their full potential!
Jancke is an outgoing, compassionate, and dedicated individual who always strives to provide high-quality therapeutic care. Her passion for helping others, coupled with her willingness to improve her skills and expand her knowledge through courses, research, and webinars, has enabled her to consistently improve patient outcomes.
Jancke excels in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and educating patients, teachers, and families on therapeutic techniques. This enables her to view children more holistically to ensure that therapy intervention is client-centred and that it
actively contributes to enhancing the well-being of all children. By building strong relationships and providing practical strategies, she strives to create a positive and empowering environment where children can thrive both at home and in school.
Since she was young, she has always had a passion for working with children. From babysitting and au pairing to eventually working with children with special needs, she
has gained valuable experience in understanding the unique needs of each child. These experiences have not only strengthened her ability to adapt to the different needs of each child, but have also deepened her love for working with children and her understanding of the crucial role that Occupational Therapists play in their
development. Her journey has taught her the importance of building trust, using creative ways to engage children in therapy, and celebrating every small milestone along the way, which continues to fuel her dedication to making a positive impact in the life of every child she crosses paths with.
Her dedication and passion for making a meaningful difference in each child’s life is what sets her apart, and she values working with the Little Lamb Occupational Therapy family.

Wendy Mason
Wendy Mason, graduated from the University of the Western Cape where she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy . Thereafter, completed her community service from Dr George Mukhari Academic Hospital in Pretoria, Gauteng. Currently, she is full-time employed at Little Lambs Occupational Therapy.
Throughout her fieldwork training and community service she gained a broad perspective of experience within Occupational Therapy with clients of all ages and specifically within the various domains. These included physical Rehabilitation (Neurology cases of Cerebral Palsy, traumatic brain injury and hydrocephalus), as well as various psychiatric and school based cases (I.e., autism spectrum disorder, attention deficit and hyperactive disorders as well as various developmental delays).
Wendy is a creative and enthusiastic therapist with a passion for working with children of all ages since young from babysitting, community youth involvement mentorship programs. She excels at making connections with kids to form bonds beneficial for Therapy as well as making personalised programs to assist them to participate in meaningful and enriching occupations to the best of their ability.
Wendy is always looking for opportunities to gain experience in Paediatric Occupational Therapy to further develop her professional skills with a special interest and passion for children with autism from a multidisciplinary approach. Lyndsay Visser
Lyndsay obtained her Bachelor of Occupational Therapy degree from Stellenbosch University in 2024. Thereafter, she completed her community service year at 2 Military Hospital in Wynberg, where she gained experience in adult in- and out-patient physical rehabilitation, orthopaedics and hand therapy, in- and out-patient paediatrics, vocational rehabilitation, and in- and out-patient psychiatry with both adults and adolescents. In 2026, the research article she co-authored, The feasibility of an early-years motor skill school-based intervention research project in a low-resource area of South Africa, was published in the Rural and Remote Health academic journal.
Her experience has meant that Lyndsay has had the opportunity to work with individuals across many different life stages, diagnoses, and levels of functioning. However, paediatrics has always held a very special place in her heart. She is passionate about helping children develop the foundational skills they need to participate more confidently at home, at school, and in everyday life. For Lyndsay, there is nothing more rewarding than seeing a child grow in confidence, independence, and joy as they develop into the special little person they were created to be!
Lyndsay is compassionate and purpose driven. She believes in meeting each child and family where they are at, and in using creativity, play, and fun as powerful tools to help children grow. Her therapy sessions aim to be structured, meaningful, and encouraging, while still allowing children to feel safe, understood, and motivated to try new things.
Lyndsay values working closely with parents, teachers, and other professionals, as she believes that children are best supported when the important people in their lives work together. She enjoys helping families and teachers by providing practical strategies that can be used in daily routines, the classroom, and at home. Her goal is always to ensure that therapy is meaningful, functional, transferrable, and centred around the child’s needs.
Since she was young, Lyndsay has always loved working with children and has been involved with the children’s ministry at her church for many years. She has a specific passion for working with children with feeding difficulties and aims to specialise further in feeding therapy from a sensory integration approach over the next five years. She also loves working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and has a strong interest in supporting children with attention and concentration difficulties, including ADHD and ADD.
